1. Does Bgauss use their own motors or import for their electric scooters?
Bgauss currently imports the best available motor in the World – Bosch. Having worked on BLDC technology for over years now, our In-house developed BLDC Hub Motor is already under endurance testing and certification process.
We have also applied for certain patents for the motor developed which will make it unique in the world. We expect to have Bgauss Electric Scooter powered by our own in-house manufactured and patented motor by August 2020.
2. Are B8 e scooter’s batteries dust free?
Yes, both the Lead Acid and Lithium batteries being provided by Bgauss are completely Dust Free as they are Sealed with IP 65 rating.
3. Will these batteries work in rain?
Yes, the Lead Acid as well Lithium Ion batteries used in Bgauss electric scooters are both IP65 rated and can work comfortably in the rainy season. You can comfortably ride your Bgauss B8 or A2 electric scooter without any sort of worry in the rains.
4. Do we need to replace the motor of B8 on time intervals?
No There is no need to replace the motor.
The Motor of B8 comes with a 3years warranty and the motor of A2 comes with 1 Year Warranty. The expected life of a motor is about 1Lakh kms. The Patented technology BLDC Hub Motor which we are designing in-house will have much better warranty and life.
5. Are there any different warranty cards for motors?
The Motor of Bgauss B8 comes with a 3years warranty and the motor of Bgauss A2 comes with 1 Year Warranty
